“ My name is Dustin J. Higgs. I'm currently sitting on Death Row for a crime I didn't commit! I wonder if it's that I'm not yelling loud enough, or is it that the blatant miscarriage of justice of me being killed for a crime i'm certainly innocent of really doesn't matter.
I am not asking people to listen and lend their support to just rants and raves without offering evidence. i'm putting forth proof with the government's own files that will ultimately expose the truth, and prove that my "so called" co-defendants, from the beginning conspired to shield one another, and pin the murders on me.
My voice doesn't hold enough weight to bring down this wall of injustice. It will take the voice of many to bring the wall down!”

KEITH LAMAR! He is an innocent man, set to die November 16, 2023. He has been trapped in solitary confinement for 27 years for a crime other people have literally admitted to doing. Evidence proving Keith's innocence was knowingly withheld by prosecution during his trial. There is zero forensic or physical evidence connecting him to any of his charges. Keith was convicted by an all-white jury in a all-white town, by a white judge. He has been beaten, isolated, and tortured. Somehow, he has projected the light and not crumbled to the crush of 27 years in a tiny cage. He continues to overcome all odds and has fought hard to survive and thrive. He has even started his own non-for-profit literacy program while imprisoned; Keith is a teacher in the truest sense of the word, uplifting people who need hope.
The case of Rocky Myers is a window into so much that’s wrong with the death penalty in this country. The 53-year-old, who has an intellectual disability, was saddled with an incompetent lawyer, convicted on the evidence from a key witness who has since recanted his testimony, and sentenced to death by a judge who imposed death sentence against the jury’s wishes. Now he’s one of 175 prisoners on death row in Alabama – despite all the faults in his case – and with absolutely no evidence tying him to the scene of the crime.
Cory Johnson is a person with intellectual disability. Yet, despite compelling evidence demonstrating his intellectual disability, no jury or court has ever listened to the evidence at a hearing to decide if he has intellectual disability.” “Under federal law and pursuant to the Supreme Court’s decision in Atkins v Virginia, Mr Johnson’s intellectual disability should prohibit his execution from being constitutionally carried out.”We are not aware of any other federal death penalty prisoners who has ever had a single evidentiary hearing at which he could present his intellectual disability evidence ( his lawyers)
Julius Jones was 19 years old when he was convicted of a crime he did not commit. he has been on death row for about 20 years now and needs our help.
Pervis Payne has maintained his innocence for more than 30 years. Yet, despite having no prior criminal record and living with an intellectual disability, he is scheduled to be executed in Tennessee on April 9, 2021. On Sept. 16, the Shelby County Criminal Court ordered DNA testing of crime scene evidence that has never been tested in Pervis Payne’s case after attorneys for Mr. Payne filed a request for DNA testing of newly discovered evidence that could help prove his innocence.

At the age of 24, I became a victim of criminal and racial unjust. When I was convicted of a murder I did not commit. I was a sterotypical black man, in the eyes of jurors and a judge.
